Sharing the culminating research work of Marian University doctoral students in the Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership program. Dissertations present theoretical and controlled research investigations, while capstone projects diagnose a problem embedded in the author’s own organization, design and implement an intervention to make progress on that issue, and reflect on the effectiveness of the intervention.
